Security Training - Look out for our next course in 2010

As NASDU instructors we can offer you security dog training. Throughout the year we run residential security courses and continuation training to keep your training up to date.

The courses will train you to EDI level 2 (Asset)

NASDU 2009 Overall Trials Winner Neil Van Der Wee & Poppy

Dave judged the NASDU Trials 2008 and Maureen also acted as Steward for the trials. In being asked to judge Dave had to develop the scenario for the security handlers and dogs to be tested on, which included their basic skills in security and control over the dog.

Maureen had to brief the handlers on the scenario and make sure the handlers understood what was expected of them.

This year Dave will be the trials manager and Maureen will be one of the Marshals to help ensure the trials run smoothly.
