Dave is a Member of, and Instructor for, the British Institute of Professional Dog Trainers, passing his advanced Instructor in 2003. Judged candidates on the Instructor course.
He is a Gold level examiner, an examiner-assessor and course manager, for the Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme, and is regularly invited to give talks and demonstrations on many dog training subjects at Crufts, Discover Dogs and other canine events around the country. He also holds a teaching qualification (City and Guilds).

he is on the Working Trials Committee for the Weimaraner Club of Great Britain and was on the Southern Alsation Training Society committee. (S.A.T.S)
Dave has been running training classes and individual lessons at all levels for many years, and is often called in to advise on "difficult" dogs,
Dave's late Weimaraner, Bruce, worked and competed up to Working Dog (WD) Stake. Gold Level Good Citizen Award, and now Boz has gained his Bronze/Silver and gained his CDex-UD and is aiming to work through the stakes in Working Trials. Dave has worked 'Elba' and gained CDex,UDex and WDex.

Maureen has been training for many years and is a professional, qualified instructor.She has successfully been on Instructor courses held by the BIPDT/PDTI and John Rogerson course. After taking her own dogs to the Good Citizen gold standard level Maureen took up training full time.
Maureen also holds a teaching qualification. (City and Guilds)
She is a Gold level KCGCDS examiner and has demonstrated at working trials at Discover Dogs and regulary runs obedience and fun agility classes in Surrey.
